A very pleasant stay. Contemporary hotel with accommodating staff and complimentary breakfast. The rooms in the venue were welcoming. I found the location perfect in the old part of the city.

airy room, very very friendly staff and very comfy bed. plenty of supplies in the room: air conditioning, coffee and terrace. great breakfast, perfect service. tidy and absolutely spotless hotel in florence historic center district. moreover, it's near to florence and the river and shopping areas.

For sure we would return anytime. We had 3 nights in Florence, spend our time here joyfully. Appreciated that a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an individual safe and a writing desk in the room were provided. They have on-site restaurant called La Chiostrina.

The hotel is walking distance to palazzo vecchio and uffizi gallery. The staff was exceptional - we would stay there again. Galluzzo - Certosa neighborhood was worth exploring.
